Shipping Information:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within the United States.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Domestic (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your package's delivery status.
  • Delivery Confirmation: We consider a package delivered when the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the provided address. Essential Elise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. Essential Elise is not responsible for lost packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

No Refunds or Returns:

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
